Long Range Planning / Constitution / By-Laws
The long range planning committee reviews and recommends to the board items that form club policies, future activities, and course of action.
Reviews the Constitution and Bylaws periodicially or at the specific request of the President or Board of Directors, and to advise the Board on additions, deletions, corrections, and other recommended changes. Maintain accurate copies of the current Constitution and Bylaws and an archive of prior documents.
